Tarrant County Boot Camp is a fun, challenging, and highly effective outdoor fitness program--for women only. This stimulating workout alternative is designed to melt body fat, build strength, increase endurance, and encourage your personal best! You will burn more calories, challenge more fitness components, and achieve FASTER RESULTS than with any other program out there...and you'll love doing it!

Each four-week session is unique and carefully designed to yield MAXIMUM RESULTS. You will benefit from energizing, open-air fitness instruction, the genuine support of your fellow campers, and valuable, eye-opening nutritional information. You will also receive pre- and post-camp assessments to track your individual progress and your personal goal achievements.

Boot Camp! What can I say... It has changed my life. I have to say that the thought of getting up at 4:30 a.m. to get to the park to workout by 5:30a.m. at first was a little scary. But then you get there, become friends with the ladies that are with you, along with the trainer, and there is such camaraderie that you actually start looking forward to it everyday.
